Apr 2011. Too late. West Lothian Council’s Planning Dept
and the Development Management Committee have decided, despite 403 objections,
to send the diggers in and build 90 council houses and flats here.
Of all the many eyesores in West Lothian in need of development, they have
decided to concrete over one of the nicest sites in Livingston.
